GMU Analyzer – Privacy Policy
GMU Analyzer is developed for use by occupational therapy and physical therapy professionals, faculty, students, and early intervention providers. The app is not intended for use by children, and children do not interact with the app. The app is used by adults in the context of evaluating gross motor development in children ages 1–60 months.
Information We Collect
GMU Analyzer does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information from users or from children. Specifically, the app collects:
- No names, dates of birth, or other identifiers
- No photos, videos, or audio
- No location data
- No device identifiers
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No data on external servers
All calculations and graphics are generated locally on the user’s device.
Use of the App With Children
Although GMU Analyzer is used in connection with children’s motor development, the app is used exclusively by adults (clinicians, faculty, students). Children do not enter data, interact with the device, or use the app in any way.
Because the app may be used in settings involving children under 13, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by ensuring that:
- The app collects no personal information from children
- No child-directed features exist
- No data is stored, transmitted, or shared
Third‑Party Services
GMU Analyzer uses no third‑party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising services, or external data processors. There are:
- No ads
- No tracking
- No external APIs
- No cloud services
Data Storage
GMU Analyzer does not store any user or child data on the device or in the cloud. All calculations are performed in real time and are not saved.
Security
Because the app does not collect or store data, there is no personal information at risk of unauthorized access.
Changes to This Policy
If the app’s functionality changes in a way that affects privacy, this policy will be updated and the updated version will be posted at the same URL.
